Technical Requirements

We only publish HTML5 games that meet our technical standards. These requirements ensure a consistent, quality experience for all players across all devices:

✅ HTML5 / JavaScript

Your game must be built entirely with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (Canvas, WebGL, or DOM-based). Flash and Unity Player plug-ins are not supported.

✅ Self-Contained

The game must run entirely from its own directory without external dependencies that could break if third-party URLs change. All assets must be bundled.

✅ Mobile Responsive

The game must function correctly on mobile screens (minimum 320px width) with touch controls or clear mobile adaptation. A purely keyboard game without any touch support will not be accepted.

✅ Browser Compatibility

The game must work correctly in the latest stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Cross-browser testing is your responsibility as the developer.

✅ No Malicious Code

The game must not contain any scripts that collect user data, make unauthorised network requests, or attempt to exploit browser vulnerabilities. Our team audits submitted code before publication.

✅ Reasonable Load Time

The game must load to a playable state within a reasonable time on standard connections. We target under 10 seconds on a 10 Mbps connection. Very heavy games may require optimisation before acceptance.

Content Standards

All games published on Fantasy Game must conform to our content guidelines. Our platform is family-accessible and serves a broad age range. We will not publish games that contain:

Graphic or gratuitous violence directed at realistic human targets
Sexual content of any kind
Content that targets, demeans, or harms any demographic group
Gambling mechanics involving real-money transactions or simulated real-money gambling targeted at minors
Malware, adware, or any form of intrusive code
Unlicensed use of copyrighted intellectual property (characters, music, assets)

Games with moderate action content (cartoon violence, fantasy combat) are acceptable. Games that simulate casino mechanics for entertainment purposes (no real money) are published in our Cards category with appropriate context.

Our team will acknowledge your submission within 5–7 business days. We'll review the game for technical functionality and basic content compliance.

Games that pass the initial review enter our quality testing phase. We test across multiple browsers and devices. This phase typically takes 5–10 business days. We'll contact you if we identify issues that need addressing.

Publication Decision
You'll receive a response confirming publication or explaining why the game was not accepted. If accepted, we'll confirm a publication timeline. If declined, we'll provide actionable feedback where possible.

Copyright Policy

By submitting a game to Fantasy Game, you represent and warrant that you are the original creator or have full legal rights to distribute the game under the terms we use. You agree that Fantasy Game may host, display, and allow players to access the game through our platform.

If you use any third-party assets (music, sound effects, fonts, code libraries) within your game, it is your responsibility to ensure those assets are properly licensed for commercial or distribution use. Fantasy Game accepts no liability for intellectual property claims arising from developer-submitted content.

If you wish to remove or update your game after publication, contact us through the Contact page and we will process your request within 5 business days.

Review Timeline

Current expected timelines for the submission process:

Submission acknowledgement: 5–7 business days
Initial review completion: 7–14 business days from acknowledgement
Full quality testing: 5–10 business days from initial review
Publication (if approved): 1–3 business days after final approval

Developer FAQs

Do you pay developers for published games?

We do not currently offer revenue sharing for published games. Fantasy Game is an ad-supported platform. Developers receive credit and player exposure in exchange for licensing their game for free play on our platform. We review this policy as the platform grows.

Can I update my game after publication?

Yes — contact us with your updated game files and we will apply the update. Please allow up to 5 business days for updates to go live. Major changes may require a new review cycle.

Will my game keep its original branding?

We respect the game as your creative work. We'll list your name or studio as the author and link to your original site where appropriate. We may write a description for your game as part of the curation process.

Can I submit a game that is also published elsewhere?

Yes — non-exclusive publication is perfectly fine. We only require that you have the rights to distribute the game and that the version you submit meets our technical and content requirements.

What happens if my game is reported by users after publication?

User reports trigger a review. If the reported issue is a technical bug, we'll contact you for a fix. If it's a content compliance issue, we may temporarily remove the game pending investigation. We communicate transparently throughout the process.
