Our Commitment

We review all DMCA notices submitted in accordance with the requirements below. Verified notices will receive a response within 72 hours of receipt. Our standard action upon receiving a valid notice is to remove or disable the allegedly infringing content while we investigate.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Repeat Infringers

Fantasy Game maintains a policy of terminating the publishing rights of parties who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. If a game or content is subject to multiple verified infringement claims, it will be permanently removed from our platform.

Please be aware that under the DMCA, submitting a false DMCA notice or misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing is subject to liability, including damages, attorneys' fees, and court costs.
